Teen Job Skills Workshop: March 17, 2 - 4 PM at Centerville Library. If you'll be looking for work this summer, this workshop can help you out! A professional will teach you the basics of job searching and interviewing and Human Resources Specialists will be there to help you edit your resume.
Registration is required and it's filling up so don't wait! This program is open to grades 9 - 12 only.
AniMondays: March 19, 7 - 8:30 PM at Centerville Library. Join our teen anime club and you can watch and discuss anime with other fans. You don't have to register to join; just show up! AniMondays meets the third Monday of every month and popcorn and soda are served. AniMondays is open to grades 6 - 12.
Totally Teen Tuesdays Scavenger Hunt and Pizza Party: March 20, 7 - 8:30 PM at Centerville Library. Eat pizza, join the search for clues, hang out with friends, and win prizes! The scavenger hunt takes place out in the library and pizza is served afterward, courtesy of Centerville Pizza and BBQ.
Registration is required. This program is open to grades 6 - 12.
The Hunger Games: March 22, 7 - 8:30 PM at Centerville Library. Celebrate the movie release of The Hunger Games with us! You'll be reaped upon arrival and with your fellow district tributes, you'll compete to be the Hunger Games Champions. A race for supplies at the Cornucopia will kick the games off, and then you'll shift to different training stations, including identifying safe and poisonous foods and a dressing up a tribute in the Capitol fashion. May the odds be
ever in your favor! The Hunger Games is open to grades 6 - 12 and
registration is required.
Library Bake-Off: March 24, 2 - 3:30 PM at Centerville Library. Bake your famous dessert at home and bring it to the bake-off to be judged by the Library Director and a professional baker! Visit the children's room at either Woodbourne or Centerville Libraries to get a list of rules and more details.
